Indications: Blood and Qi Stagnation of the Lower Jiao. The Lower Jiao, includes the Uterus and reproductive orgagns according to Chinese medicine; this can be related to PMS, PMDD, fibroids and infertility. This formula contains herbs that have traditionally been used to address hormonal imbalances and many of the symptoms associated with irregular menstruation. Often, PMS is associated with Liver Qi Stagnation and Liver Blood Stagnation; the more severe the stagnation, the more likely they will become PMDD according to TCM. In cases of PMDD, we combine this product with our Free & Easy Wanderer Formula in clinic. In fertility programs (for those actively trying to conceive), this supplement would be taken during the first half of the cycle only...
