Lymphatic Drainage Self Massage Directions & Techniques:
1st Apply Lymphatic Drainage Massage Cream to the abdomen up to the rib cage. Take a deep breath and hold. Using a grasping method (large folds of skin are pinched), traverse the middle of the abdomen with both hands grasping skin and muscle and releasing quickly traveling up, and then down abdomen. Pinch five folds traveling upward, then break for a breath. Pinch five folds downward, then break for a breath. Do nine sets up and down in all holding the breath each time.
2nd Apply Lymphatic Drainage Massage Cream to hands and begin massaging the legs. Begin at the outside of foot and travel upward using clockwise circular motions to the hip. Repeat on the calves to the buttocks. Then massage the interior area of the legs to the groin.
3rd Pause at the groin area applying abundant cream to this lymph node rich area and massage bilaterally for one minute.
4th Apply Lymphatic Drainage Massage Cream to the hands and begin massaging the arms. Begin at the outside of hand and travel upward using clockwise circular motions to the shoulder.
5th Then massage the interior area of the arms to the arm pit. Pause at the arm pit and breast area applying abundant cream to this lymph node rich area and massage for one minute on each side.
6th Apply Lymphatic Drainage Massage Cream to the hands and using the grasp the neck area bilaterally nine times. Grasp and pinch the skin on the exhale and hold for for three seconds.
7th Apply Lymphatic Drainage Massage Cream to the fingers and gently massage at the jaw line, under ears, and down the neck using a clockwise motion.
